When i finish a run or bend over the sink to do dishes i have this tight spot above or on the inside of my left shoulder blade that causes tingling?

Pleuritic catch: Several possibilities. The pain may be related to irritation of the pleura (lining of the lung) or ribs or muscles around the scapula. A chest x ray would be a good start but may not show any abnormalities. Have your physician examine you & if pain is significant consider other tests eg: ct or mri ibuprofen can control the pain if it persists. Good luck.
