Sometimes the term virgin may be a matter of opinion depending on other sexual activities. Speak with your doctor if you have concerns and if you do have intercouse have it ibe safe and consenual and use a condom!

Yes: Generally, you would still be considered a virgin as long as there was no penetration. However, the activity you describe can very quickly progress and you would no longer be a virgin. Until you are ready, you both need to keep your clothes on and he needs to keep his penis in his pants.
