Well: If you are for sure not fertile, there is no issue. But if that is not a certainty( hysterectomy, oophorectomy) then if he has sperm, and in your vagina, there is possibility! a penis in vagina is having sex! with or without orgasm.

If you are asking this question, then you obviously did SOMETHING you might consider "having sex". if there was no contact between penis and your genitals at all, the you are OK. If there WAS contact, even without penetration, it is possible for sperm exposure. Only you can decide how risky you want to be.
