Babies: Babies are often very irregular. It is not unusual to not have a bowel movement for 3 days if she is otherwise playful, smiling and eating. You can gie her some diluted prune juice 2 oz water with 1 ounce prune juice. Howvere if she appears uncomfortable please take her to the pediatrician.
