How common is it for somebody to get muscle pain?

Muscle pain: The truth is that it happens to 100% of the population at some time or another. It is virtually impossible to get through life without strains, sprains, bumps or bruises that cause muscle aches. It is also impossible to get through life without stress, tension, and anxiety which will also cause muscle tension and aches.
