Migraine Pain: The persistence of pain after a migraine varies with the severity of the headache. Having symptoms for three days would not be common, but not rare. Some people can have multiple migraines with continuous discomfort. Consultation with your primary care or neurologist to discuss possible changes in medication is indicated if the headache pattern is changing.
