You ovulate : You ovulate 14 days before your next period is due to start, so if you can figure out the start date of your next period based on the average length of your cycle (because that varies from woman to woman), go back 2 weeks from that day and you should be at your ovulation date. Can also talk to your ob/gyn about ovulation detectors and basal body temperature tracking to determine fertility.
