Probably: Premenstrual spotting is common and does not signify anything is wrong in most instances. Calf pain is not usually a premenstrual symptom and if using hormonal birth control can be problematic. Watch the calf tenderness and se your doctor if no resolution. Bcp can cause blood clots in the lower extremities.
