Prenatal vitamins: Some recommend taking prenatal vitamins prior to attempting pregnancy. So it doesn't hurt to start now especially folic acid. Folic acid should be taken early during pregnancy to help with development. Also, generally stop taking them after birth unless you plan to breastfeed. I hope this helps!
