Hmmm: I don't think I have had anyone ask me that question before. Hair loss has been described with Accutane use. At the age of 62 I am assuming this is not for nodulocystic acne. I would have a sit-down discussion with your dermatologist about the risks and benefits of the medication in your case. A tough one to answer in such a short space.
