Refrigerator: Celery tastes good to many and is a crunchy addition to many prepared foods like potato salad and tuna salad. Celery is usually kept in the refrigerator drawer to preserve its character. Celery however, has little nutritional value. Jokingly it is said that eating a stalk of celery is minus 3 calories due to the energy consumed in chewing it. It has no vitamins, minerals or other nutrients.
