Cannot diagnose: But you might try something benign first like peptobismol. But, iour abdominal pain sounds somewhat concerning. See a doctor and describe the pain, frequency, location, precipitating factors, changes with position and any other accompanying symptoms. You may need imaging studies or conceivably endoscopy. Go soon and get this worked out. Hope you are better soon.
