Acid Reflux?: It's hard to say what's causing the stomach pains, since there are way too many things it can be depending on how long it's been going on, where the pain is, and how severe it is. If it's something that occurs at the top of the stomach frequently when you are trying to get to sleep at night, and you tend to eat large dinners, it could be due to acid reflux.
