Yes: I need more details - it could be reflux esophagitis , aneurysm , mi . History and exam including ekg would help . Nothing should be taken fo granted

Sure: Acid from stomach can commonly be misunderstood by the body if it flows backwards into lower esophagus. Consider antacids, not reclining after eating, cold water to dilute the acid, and a visit to a GI doctor.
