Chin cleft?: "Double chin" may be fat on the neck, or it may be the familiar chin cleft which is a normal variant. The latter is unrelated to sex, many celebrities of both sexes have these and may be considered better-looking for it. I have not heard of any of Mr. Affleck's girlfriends complaining.
