I think i have a varicocele. what should i do?

Self examination: Examine your left scrotum when standing. Varicocele feels like a 'bag of worms'. See urologist if you experience pain from it or heavy dragging feeling ; it bothers you. Also if you if you wish to maintain maximal fertility + left testis is smaller than right as varicocele is having an effect on testis. Do not do anything if future fertility of no concern + ur symptom free.

Do nothing...: Do nothing as long as being comfortable without its related pain and having no concern for male infertitility.
