Varicocele: Varicocele is very similar to varicose veins in the legs. Is due to imcomptence of the valves inside the veins that prevent backflow of blood that is bein returned to the right side of your heart. It occurs mostly on the left side because the left testicular vein travels straight up into the vein of the left kidney as opposed to the right one that travels at an angle into the vena cava(big vein).

It's ....: It results from congenital venous valve defects inside spermatic veins, occurs to 10-15% of men, and requires no rx except for occasions concerning poor sperm/semen quality for infertility, its related pain, or poor testicular growth in children. So, no rx is needed usually.
