A member asked:

Are any special tests needed, or can a regular doctor see me for my seasonal affective disorder?

Regular doctor: This is something to discuss with your primary care doctor. Sometimes tests will be ordered, but usually your regular doctor can recommend treatments ranging from increased exercise, to light therapy, to medications to help with this!
