Not advised.: In essence, the best way to find a breast cancer is before anyone can feel it and before it has spread from the breast into lymph nodes, lung, bone, brain, etc. That is why mammography is advised. We want to find the small cancers that neither you nor your doctor can feel because there is a better chance that the cancers have not spread.
