What should you do for hemroids?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Avoid constipation: This is caused by increased intra-abdominal pressure ( from constipation, straining, lifting, pregnancy etc.). Treatment is high fiber diet and lots of water. U should get at least 30 gm of fiber per day. If still straining to have bm, add stool softener.
