Taper daily Rx: And very slowly, over a few years. Benzoyl peroxide's worth using for a few years after acne's fully controlled. So are the topicals; systemic tetracycline can be reduced to 250 daily for a while. Go back on your meds if you flare once again. A lot of this is playing by ear. Good luck.
