Yes: Extreme stress can often cause you to have s delayed or even miss a period. Likewise, extreme exercise can disrupt your cycle. Anxiety & stress can cause all kinds of negative physcial reactions to the stress - it is your body's way ot dealing with the stress. If you remain in constant stress, seek help from a counselor or psychologist or possibly even short-term medication therapy will be needed.

Yes: Whether it is physical, emotional or psychological in origin, stress can cause a patient to have irregular cycles or skip a period. Pregnancy is always a possibility if you are sexually active. Get tested !
