See your GI doc: Continued symptoms after starting the gluten free diet are concerning. A full evaluation is needed. It may be that there is exposure to "hidden gluten" in your diet. Blood tests for ttg igg will tell if there is still gluten exposure. If there is no gluten exposure, concern for refractory celiac disease, more than one disease happening together, or intestinal lymphoma are all possible.

Other issues: There are hidden exposures to gluten if you are not reading enough labels. Celiac patients can also have cross reactions to a variety of foods or food additives. Red dye #40 causes this in many people, Your doc can test you for recent exposure and order specialized testing for cross reactive foods. Keeping a food diary to know what things you find safe, or suspect aggravates your symptoms helps
