Do you think i should use neosporin on a few cuts about the size of nickels?

Probably unnecessary: If the cuts are clean and were produced by a non-contaminated object, then you probably need to just keep them clean and observe them to see if infection occurs. The neosporin will probably not matter for most cuts and scrapes.
