Anaphylaxis: I suppose you want to ask how to treat an anaphylaxis reaction. This is a typical life threatening allergic reaction that cannot wait for treatment. First line of medications is Epinephrine intramuscular. It is available commercially as Epinephrine autoinjector like Epipen (epinephrine) or auvi-q.
