Watery eyes: For watery eyes, the cause is often related to dry eye or allergy. As a first treatment, you can try over the counter drops, such as theratears, systane, or optive. Put the drops in 3 or 4 times a day for a few days. If you notice no improvement, call you local eye doctor for an appointment.
