Get this checked: If just under chin where it meets your neck, it could be a lymph node, called a submental node. These are often associated with infections in mouth or canker sores or dental problems. It could also be deep in the skin such as a sebaceous cyst. Bottom line is, abnormal "lumps" should be checked by your doctor.
