Absolutely not!: Because of tampons or pads, there could be slight increased discomfort with some activities, but for most forms of exercise, no problem whatsoever. The slight drop in hemoglobin can depreciate aerobic activity, but this would be quite minimal. But exercising during a period poses no health risk and i would encourage it!
