Rotting teeth, odor,: The physical impact is significant even if you don't die. A bit of research will tell all the risks but one that most find compelling is the rotting of teeth from the stomach acids involved in the frequent vomiting. Most bulimics have other behavioral symptoms too - paranoia, lying. It is a treatable and it is seriously harmful. It can ruin relationships & careers and damage organs. Bad enough?
