Variable: Anorexia is refusal maintain weight at or above a minimally normal weight. Also intense fear of gaining weight or becoming fat even though they are underweight. Women have absence of at least three consecutive menstrual cycles. In bulimia, there are recurrent episodes of binge eating followed by inappropriate behavior to prevent weight gain -self induced vomiting, misuse of laxatives, etc.

Eating DO: Anorexia is mostly restricting food intake. Bulimia is binging/purging. They can coexist (bulimarexia).
