Get a real Rx: This is a pricey benzoyl peroxide prep but often this doesn't work. Phone your physician. Acne's a chronic, serious disease that we can always manage. Your next step might be to have the benzoyl peroxide stopped and replaced with topical clindamycin, perhaps with a retinoic acid derivative. Home remedies are adjuncts at best, folly at worst. Good luck.
