With caution: Several over the counter ear preparations contain oil, usually olive oil. I would encourage you to make sure your ear drum is intact before placing any drops in the ear.

Depends on where: Wax softner like murine or debrox can be tried if fluid/water gets trapped due to wax in exrenal ear canal. U need to see ear, nose & throat specialist if fluid is deep to eardrum. Best consult with your primary care dr if anything more than simple wax problem. Good luck.

Find out why: It can be wax filling your ear canal, it can be fluid behind your ear drum. It can be due to tmj. It can merely be due to relative negative pressure behind your ear drum.

Presure in ears: The presure in the ears and the disorientation or thought process disfunction you say you have may or may not be related. It would be a good idea to check with your md as there may be an undetected condition you aren't aware of.
