A WBC is: Low under 4.0. Granulocytes of 0.6 is of some concern. These levels are low enough that further evaluation is needed.

See below...: Leukopenia (decreased number of white blood cells) with neutropenia (decreased number of neutrophils or granulocytes) may be seen in various clinical conditions including infections, congenital deficiencies, chemotherapy and some other medications, radiation, toxins, leukemia, aplastic anemia, autoimmune disease, bone marrow infiltration by cancer, etc. Consulting a hematologist is recommended.
