Yes!: The amounts are modest: 130 iu per serving. I recommend 2000 iu per day. A regular vitamin for daily use contains only 400 iu, as does one quart of milk.

Yes: Most canned salmon has as much vitamin d as a fresh filet. Just look at the nutrion information on the can.
