Gradient Sperm Wash: Gradient sperm wash is a technique to filter the sperm through solutions of different densities to isolate the live moving sperm. We must remove the semen fluid which is very irritating to the woman's uterine lining. We also do not need to inject the dead sperm so we try to remove fluid and get the most active moving sperm. We have other techniques that work well too. Talk with specialist.

Gradient Sperm Wash: Gradient sperm washing means that the sperm either swim through or are centrifuged through a solution of different densities. In some instances such as the ericsson method this allows one to separate the male from the female bearing sperm, allowing one to select for the desired gender pre-conception.. I have offered this technique for >20yrs and it's 70% successful!
