If you are allergic: Some people can develop an allergy to the bites caused by the saliva of the bed bugs and you can also develop an infection to the skin caused by scratching.

If allergic or : Infected. Although bed bug can carry pathogens they don't transmit diseases to humans.Blistering is usually a sign of hypersensitivity. Signs of secondary infection may include: ^ swelling, ^ redness, ^ warmth, ^ tenderness, pus-like discharge or red streaking.
