Ginger/ CBT etc.: Ginger can be very helpful for nausea / upset stomach. If this is a chronic problem with anxiety consider seeing a therapist for cognitive behavioral therapy, tai chi, regular exercise, reduction of caffeine, avoidance of alcohol, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation or deep breathing exercises may be beneficial.
