I have upper stomach cramping, a lot of vomit feelings and frequent diarrhea.what could be the cause?

Testing is in order: Pain, vomiting and diarrhea are 3 symptoms with many causes. The diagnosis would rest on a number of factors such as how long have the symptoms been going on, is it related to meals, is there any weight loss, etc. These symptoms would require some diagnostic testing such as an upper endoscopy at least and possibly a colonoscopy.
