Depends: "chest pain" in a 19yo female can originate from the chest wall, heart, lungs or the entrance to the stomach. If this comes in spurts and pressing down below your breast bone hurts, this may be heartburn and worthy of an office visit. If it worsens with activity, stays for extended periods or worsens when you lay down i would have it assessed in an urgent care setting.
