May never happen: When women take the depot Provera (medroxyprogesterone) shot, sometimes they never get a period. This is completely normal as the Progesterone in the shot can cause your lining to thin out so much that there isn't anything to bleed from. Completely okay and completely normal. For each individual woman, her reaction is different, so difficult to say when yours will be. But normal for it to be irregular. Good luck!
