PSE: No, not pseudoephedrine. Pse stands for perilla seed extract. It is marvelous for seasonal rhinitis and pnd.

Allergy medicine: Post-nasal drip is most commonly from allergies, reflux, or left over after a cold. First line allergy treatment is a non-sedating antihistamine such as Claritin or Allegra and a nasal steroid spray (needs a prescription).
