Probable urethritis: From a uti. Urethral opening is situated between under surface of clitoris & upper edge of vagina. Thus both of these structures might feel painful when in fact pain comes from urethra. Might also be related to urethral diverticulum or urethral caruncle. Need urinalysis to rule out uti. See a urn-gynecologist or urologist if urinalysis negative for uti.
