Allergic reaction : Can you be more specific? Allergic reactions can vary from non life threatening skin rashes or runny nose to a severe life threatening bronchoconstriction or difficulty breathing, hypotension and even death in anaphylaxis shock. If the later is the case, you should call 911 right away.
