Whole body very itchy, skin isn't dry, showers don't help. please suggest?

Skin examination: There are several causes of itching of the skin which should be evaluated by your dermatologist. These range from allergies and sensitivites to lymphoma. Persistent pruritus not relieved by moisturizing and proper bathing and cleansing should always be evaluated professionally.
