I'm not sure I understand: The specifics of this question but i can tell you that there are some wrist fractures that may not show up right away such as in the scaphoid and other carpal bones and some nondisplaced fractures may only show up on a certain view not others and sometimes we wait a few days to feel weeks and take repeat x-rays to see if the fracture shows up there other times advanced imaging issues such as a cat scan or mri.
