What works the best and fastest for a little puncture wound on arm?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

First aid: For a minor puncture wound, wash it with soap and warm water, apply pressure to stop bleeding, apply an antiseptic such as Bacitracin or neomycin (both sold over the counter) and apply a clean dry dressing or just leave it open to air to heal. You should get a tetanus vaccination if you're not up to date.
