Hard to know!: It's a relief that nobody is HIV positive, though a recent exposure might not "show up" on a test. Have you been tested for gonorrhea or chlamydia? These two common stds may occur without symptoms. You didn't mention herpes, but it is certainly possible for a personal to carry the virus and not know it - meaning you could get it and transfer to your spouse! get fully screened if polyamorous.
