Low BP, but why?: Unlikely to have any long-term effects - usually just low BP while taking, so can cause lightheadedness or fatigue. But more worrisome is why 15 y/o is taking un-rx'ed med? If accident / confused w/ his/her regular pills, no need to worry. But if suicidal, thinking about hurting self, or experimenting with drugs, talk with your family doc about what is going on.
