Yes: That's a hefty amount of fresh blood, even just 2 days post-procedure. You could have retained products of pregnancy ( the abortion left some stuff behind). Take lots of fluids, and if bleeding does not slow down in a few hours or at any point you feel light-headed, weak - call 911 or have someone get you to er - don't drive yourself!
