Maybe (not) . . .: If he's had unprotected sex for 10yrs w/o fathering any children, then he might be infertile (or very lucky) but that also depends upon how many times/partners during this decade. Easiest way to find out is semen or sperm analysis. His family doc can order this test (well, maybe not in the philippines but at least here in the states). And since you're ttc, ask your OB or family doc about folate (folic acid).
